Any Expense claimed MUST

 1.     Be accompanied by a claims form

 2.     Be accompanied with receipts or photocopy of bill

 3.     Have claims form authorised unless money comes out of assigned budget.

This applies to Everybody

 

 ADVANCES

 

MUST be accompanied by an advance claim form which is either

 

Authorised

 OR

 

accompanied by income for a minimum 80% of advance

 

N.B. After the activity receipts for expenditure MUST be presented to treasurer
